The TSFFM was established to memorialize the March 25th 1911 tragedy and its
impact upon workplace safety regulation and workers' compensation.

The TSFFM was recognized by the NYS Bar Association with a presentation of a
2006 AWARD OF MERIT
as a special project of the Injured Workers Bar Association.
