About Us

TSFFM is a recognized as a 501 (c)(3) organization, incorporated on December 2nd, 2002, was established to memorialize the events of the fire at the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory on March 25th, 1911 and its impact in changing existing New York State labor laws. TSFFM seeks to educate the general public regarding workplace safety, and to establish a scholarship fund for children of injured workers.

The TSFFM was established to memorialize the March 25th 1911 tragedy and its impact upon workplace safety regulation and workers' compensation. The TSFFM was recognized by the NYS Bar Association with a presentation of a 2006 AWARD OF MERIT as a special project of the Injured Workers Bar Association.
